Got some greens in, didn't walk more than down my stairs and back.
Huh. Blogging isn't doing much except for showing me my weaknesses!!!

Cindy, you're so honest. I love it. This blog is such a great idea. Every tiny change is significant and your body thanks you. Dr Mercola is typically depressing in his newsletters but one thing I really found encouraging was when he said you can turn your health and life around with just one good meal. Hang in there! Would you be interested in training for a 5k or 10k? You could join our running group on facebook and it would give you some accountability with exercise and also give you something to train for. Just a thought.

ReplyDeleteI cannot run. I fractured shins in high school from running and never recovered from the pain fully, and I have cartlidge damage in my knees from weight lifting. Yeah, the no pain, no gain 80's LIED.
However, it is my goal to get back up to walking like I used to. I have to get my new shoes first, hopefully this week. And then I'm going to get back up to 4-5 mi. every other day, or every day even!
